Pursuant to Article 119 of the Constitution, the Minister of Finance shall present the following to the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament:- (a) Estimates of Revenue, (b) Necessary amounts to be charged on the Federal Reserve Fund, and (c) Appropriations. Amounts required to be expended by law.
